Jeffery Baird, Owner and COO

Jeff Baird is the co-owner of Onsite Advanced Care, a company he founded with the mission of providing high-quality, specialized care to patients with wounds and complex medical needs. With a deep-rooted passion for improving healthcare, Jeff saw firsthand the gaps in care that left many vulnerable patients without the proper treatment and support they needed to heal and thrive. Determined to make a difference, he built Onsite Advanced Care to bridge these gaps, ensuring that patients receive expert-level wound care and continuity of care that reduces complications and hospital readmissions.

Jeff graduated from Weber State University in 2003 with a nursing degree and began his career as a nurse at McKay-Dee Hospital before transitioning into home health care. His extensive experience in both acute and post-acute settings allowed him to recognize the critical need for better wound care management and more proactive healthcare solutions. This realization fueled his commitment to creating a company that prioritizes patient outcomes, quality of life, and collaboration with healthcare providers to enhance overall care.

Originally from Alaska, Jeff moved to Utah for college, where he built his career and family. He is a devoted husband and father of six children, balancing his professional dedication with a love for adventure. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, riding motorcycles, and fly fishing. His passion for helping others extends beyond his work, shaping both his personal and professional life in meaningful ways.
